When you need work doing on the boat, finding reputable marine tradesmen can be difficult. It is hard to know if you are getting someone trustworthy.
Please speak to us or drop us an email if you have any repair, servicing or maintenance requirements. If we can do the work directly, you can be assured of a prompt, professional service at reasonable rates. If we are not able to carry out the work you require we can normally point you in the right direction.
We maintain a comprehensive list of approved contractors who have been vetted and are authorised to carry out work on our customers vessels on our premises. They have registered with us and have provided proof of their professional indemnity and third party insurance. However, we do not guarantee the quality of workmanship or service provided by these approved contractors and you are strongly advised to obtain any quotes and assurances before instructing them.

We monitor all approved contractors by requesting customer feedback, and where we are not entirely satisfied with this feedback, we remove them from the list.
If you decide to instruct one of the contractors on our list you must first inform us of your intention so that we know who is coming into the yard and for what reason. We will then request your feedback on completion of the work.
Non-approved contractors
If you wish to employ the services of a contractor who is not on the list of approved contractors you are required to obtain our prior written consent and the contractor will be required to register with us and provide insurance details before coming into the boatyard.
