ELECTRICITY

If you require a dedicated electricity supply whilst ashore, you will need to indicate this on your hauling-out instruction. The minimum charge for a dedicated supply is £50 and this includes any units consumed up to £50 (charged at cost). Any units consumed over and above £50 will be charged at the prevailing rate per unit.

We endeavour to allocate sockets as close to your boat as we can but it is not always possible to get to the closest socket. You will need to supply your own extension lead(s) in order to get the supply to your boat. We can hire leads and we sell good heavy duty leads and adapters in the chandlery.

Please ensure that all extension leads, adapters and appliances are safe and protected from the rain.

If you choose to secure your lead at the socket with a padlock which we do advise, please leave a spare key with the office in case we need to carry out urgent maintenance.

ICE

We sell bags of ice and ice creams during the sailing season in the chandlery along with a number of other drinks and snacks.

SCRUBBING BERTH

Please call the office or pop in to book onto the scrubbing berth.

WASTE OIL & DIESEL

There is a waste oil tank at the foot of the jetty just before the gate. You'll need to prop the hatch open on top. If you have more than a few gallons, please speak to the office first.

POTABLE WATER

There are several hoses positioned around the yard and on the dinghy pontoons.

Owners are permitted to come alongside an hour or two either side of high water, depending on draft and predicted tide. If you are filling up water tanks, we advise you to run the water for at least a few minutes to flush through any stale water.
